I often compared myself to other people in height, especially other men, thinking “Am I taller? Maybe? Or just about?” The least I could do was lift my shoulders and push my chest out to make myself seem bigger, but that just wasn’t enough. I wanted to ‘be’ taller, and to do so without wearing platform or elevator shoes.

I was told by doctors that it just wasn’t possible, without surgery at least. Dissapointed, I tried to give up on it and to forget about it. Easier said than done, right?

I don’t know why it had never occured to me, Google it! “how to grow taller naturally”. And there it was, a complete guide on how to grow taller, naturally. And it works!

It explains everything you need to know to increase your height in 6 weeks and the results it offers is just amazing. Many thanks to Dr. Mike Stevenson for creating his book ‘. I hope to share it with everyone.

My Story: How to Grow Taller Naturally

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

These simple steps made me start growing taller naturally. I was amazed after the results, and feel much better physically and mentally.

Hi, my names Sean. Born in Texas, but live in Budapest. Long story short, I have a Hungarian mother.

At 5′8” or 174cm, I was always the shortest among many of my collegues who I worked with in a very competitive atmoshpere. Being shorter made them seem more dominant and confident at work and I felt like I couldn’t compete. I came to the conclusion that it was my height that bothered me.

I had a passion for sales, but lacked confidence. I’d thought about wearing shoes with higher soles, but didn’t think it would really make me feel confident in myself, because “I” hadn’t really grown taller.

I’m 24 and thought it wasn’t possible to grow taller this late on in life, I’m quite sure I’ve heard my general doctors or someone meantion that it doesn’t ‘just’ happen; explaining that the only option was either human growth hormones or surgery, neither of course being very pleasant options.

Yet, here I am 6 months later, without surgery or drugs, and standing 2″ taller! I just cannot explain how happy I am. I’ve been doing these really simple growth steps and my current height measures in at 5′10” (179cm) tall. 2″ (yes, inches!) taller! Even though the process worked quite slow for me, I’m still exstatic about it everyday, throughout the day. My confidence has never been this high and since I’ve grown taller I feel things are only getting better.

My thanks go to Dr. Mike Stevenson, an expert in growth. He shows you how to grow taller naturally, step by step, even if you are past your late 30’s or 40’s.. I think he even said 50’s and 60’s, but don’t quote me on that.

You’ll find everything in this online book: How to Grow Taller Naturally. I used it and it has been the best decision I have made to date. I just wish I knew about it earlier.

The easiest way to grow taller during your teenage years is to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Make sure you live in a healthy body first, making sure your body has everything it needs to do the job right. Including, but definitely not limited to, amino acids, vitamins, protein and plenty of calcium to support your full growth potential.

As a way to keep your body healthy and ensure that you grow as tall as possible, any form of exercise is great, as long as it builds up your cardiovascular system and works out your muscles. However, it is not advisable to do heavy weight lifting with weights heavier than 50% of your maximum capability. Lifting heavier weights during your growth years will cause your body to concentrate on building larger muscles instead of focusing on increasing your height.

Growth Surgery

While those who have undergone surgery in order to be taller, and have had it successfully done, life can truly be different. However, it is not something that is lightly recommended. It is an extensive, not to mention expensive, process. Although often successful, growth surgery can have a very long recovery period and quite considerable pain involved.

This surgery generally involves ‘breaking’ and separating your bones a little to allow for bone regeneration or growth of your limbs. During the process you’ll most likely need to have several external round ‘frames’ that will help achieve the desired effect and in order to keep your bones firmly in place.

Surgery however, is something you will want to consider as a last resort. With the possibility of complications long after surgery and with the risks involved with surgery itself, it’s not a decision to be taken lightly.
