Increase Height After 25 Years of Age

There are countless people out there, most probably just like you, who are lead to believe that once you have stopped growing there is not much you can do to get any taller. While this may seem to be the case with most people, is it entirely true? A recent program by NASA would suggest not, at least not entirely.
Most adults will stop growing by the time they have reached 25 years of age or once they have passed their “growth years”. The primary reason for this is because we are in most part genetically programmed to not grow any taller and our bodies stop producing growth hormones once we are past that stage.
While your genes are difficult to argue with, this doesn’t mean that you are necessarily stuck with the height you currently have and there is a way to increase height after 25 or even 40 years of age as has been shown by NASA’s human growth program.

Generally, for those looking to increase their height, your options boil down to taking drugs or having surgery. While supplements are also often mentioned, they alone unfortunately will not directly help with any kind of height increase.
When drugs are in question, what is generally referred to is human growth hormones, which are the same hormones your body used to produce before you stopped growing. While the idea behind taking these hormones is sound in theory, it does have its problems. “Taking a growth hormone is unnatural. There are so many other things going on in your body when you are growing, and these hormones are only a small part of a bigger picture. When you grow naturally, your body knows how much growth hormone to release and when to release it”, says Mr. Sunderland, a medical researcher and author at Skeletal Science. Growth hormones that are produced or extracted unnaturally are not necessarily compatible with our bodies and can be quite expensive as well.
Surgery on the other hand is not for the faint hearted or for those looking for an inexpensive option. This process will generally look at surgically “breaking” your legs at various points and then letting new bone grow in between the broken bones, i.e. filling the gaps, healing your bones while simultaneously making you taller. The process can take a considerable amount of time and can be quite painful, which is to be expected considering what is being done, and should only be left as a final option.
So exactly what is NASA’s secret human growth program all about?
Most of your height is made up of your spine, which consists of 33 separate vertebrae in a human. In between these vertebrae are what we call discs. The program focuses on your spine and these discs and shows you how you can naturally manipulate these to gain a height increase of more than 2 inches, and the results are permanent. It also looks at ways to get your body producing growth hormones again, naturally.
While the program is completely natural and can be done by just about anyone from the comfort of their own home, these manipulations are very specific and require certain methods to be implemented for it all to work. For those that have tried the program and have achieved results however, the experience has been nothing short of life changing.
